Purchase terms

1. Seller

Hybrid X Norden AB, reg. no. 559584-7699. Contact: info@hybridx.fit.

2. Agreement

An agreement between you and the seller is entered into once payment has been confirmed. You will receive a confirmation by email together with a receipt from Stripe.

3. Price and payment

Prices are stated in SEK including VAT. Payment is made via Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified. Your start spot is registered once payment has been confirmed.

4. Cancellation and refund

To cancel, contact the organizer at support@hybridx.fit.

5. Cancelled event

If the event is cancelled, the full fee is refunded within 30 days. If the date is postponed, you can choose to keep your spot or get a refund.

6. Right of withdrawal

See the separate page on the right of withdrawal.

7. Participant's responsibility

You take part at your own risk and certify that you are physically fit for the demands of the competition. Instructions from the organizer must be followed.

8. Personal data

The handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Disputes

Swedish law applies. In the event of a dispute, you have the right to turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
