2. Which data we process

  • Name, email, phone, club
  • Division, start time, results
  • Payment data (handled by Stripe — we store only a reference ID)
  • Photo/video from the event (if you have given consent)

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Carrying out registration and the competition — contract
  • Marketing with photo/video — consent
  • Ad performance measurement via Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel — consent (marketing cookies, which you can withdraw via "Cookie preferences" in the footer)

4. Recipients (data processors)

We share data with the following providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Stripe — payment
  • Supabase — database and login (servers within the EU, Stockholm)
  • Resend — sending transactional email (confirmations, tickets)
  • Vercel — operations and hosting
  • Apple — only if you add your ticket to Apple Wallet yourself

Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland) and TikTok (TikTok Technology Limited, Ireland, together with TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited) receive data via Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel respectively, only if you have consented to marketing cookies. They are then not our data processors: we and each platform are joint controllers for collecting and transmitting the data, and the platform is an independent controller for its further processing.

We never sell your data.

Some of these providers (including Stripe, Vercel, Resend and Meta) may process data outside the EU/EEA, mainly in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. TikTok stores data in the United States, Malaysia and Singapore, and entities in TikTok's corporate group may be given limited remote access to it from countries including China. TikTok relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for this, or for some countries on an adequacy decision.
