Right of withdrawal

General exception

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply when buying a ticket to an event taking place at a specific time. This is standard in the industry. See Purchase terms.

Division change

All division changes requires a refund + a new registration.

Cancelled event

If the event is cancelled, the full fee is always refunded, regardless of timing.

Add-ons

If you have purchased cancellation protection, the ticket can be returned no later than 07:00 (event timezone) seven (7) days before competition day for a refund.

The refund amount depends on when the ticket is returned:

• 100% refund: if returned no later than 07:00 (event timezone) 31 days before the competition.
• 50% refund: if returned no later than 07:00 (event timezone) 7 days before the competition.
• No refund if returned less than 7 days before the competition.
• Service fees and cancellation protection fees are non-refundable.
